SEQM TRAINING LTD, a CQI and IRCA Approved Training Provider, specialises in training to professionals in various disciplines.
We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. Processing – any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data.

We endeavour to follow the following data protection principles:
- Processing is lawful, fair, transparent. Our Processing activities have lawful grounds. We always consider your rights before Processing Personal Data. We will provide you information regarding Processing upon request.

- Right for the help of supervisory authority – meaning you have the right for the help of a supervisory authority and the right for other legal remedies such as claiming damages.

This might be your e-mail address, name, billing address, and/or home address – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you a product and /or service or to enhance your customer experience with us. 6. Who else can access your Personal Data?
We will not share your information with any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing. Personal Data about you is in some cases provided to our trusted partners in order to provide elements of our service to you, to make providing the service to you possible, or to enhance your customer experience.
We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to QualityCERT in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfill the service they provide you on our behalf. When they no longer need your data to fulfill this service, they will dispose of the details in line with QualityCERT’s procedures. If we wish to pass any form of sensitive personal data onto a third party we will only do so once we have obtained your consent, unless we are legally required to do otherwise.

- QualityCERT (a trading name of Creation21Ltd registered in England and Wales under company registration number 4309456, and registered with the ICO reference number ZA522904) provides the learning management platform and technology to run our training courses.
Whilst registering for training courses they collect basic details from you in order to provide you access to training services and to process your information to confirm your attendance, provide technical support, produce certificates and other facilities to ensure the best learning experience.
- Fasthosts Internet Limited host our website and provide our email services.
Any data submitted to us in the event of an enquiry or order via our shopping cart systems may be stored on their webservers. This is necessary so we can respond to your enquiry, or provide you with the product or services that you have requested.
When you send us an enquiry through our online form or by email, the data you submit is transferred through their mail servers before being received by us.
This third party does not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval. They may store your personal details as part of their backup procedure so that we may continue to provide our service to you.
- Paypal – If you purchase training from us through our website, we use PayPal to process your details in order to receive payment.
- Wordfence – We use Wordfence software to monitor IP addresses to help ensure our website is protected from security breaches through viruses and malware.
- Google Analytics – This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site, so that we can improve the quality of information we provide to you, and services we offer to you.
We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to third-parties for their independent use unless:
- you request or authorize it;
- the information is provided to comply with the law;
- to address emergencies or acts of God; or
- to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf.
We only work with Processing partners who are able to ensure adequate level of protection to your Personal Data. We disclose your Personal Data to third parties or public officials when we are legally obliged to do so. We might disclose your Personal Data to third parties if you have consented to it or if there are other legal grounds for it.
7. How we Secure Your Data
To help protect the privacy of data and personally identifiable information you transmit through use of this Site, we maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your personal data to those employees who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to you. In addition, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe. We use safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS). We use anonymising and pseudonymising where suitable. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. We use Wordfence to provide antivirus, firewall and malware scanning for our website.
Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.
If you have an account with us, note that you have to keep your username and password secret.
We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children. We do not target children with our services.
